Shipping policy

The Gainz Builders team values their customers' support and patronage. We at Gainz Builders believe that the customer should always be satisfied with the quality of our products and services.

At Gainz Builders, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days from receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). Upon successfully placing an order, the customer will receive an electronic mail(hereinafter “email”) informing receipt of the order. Thereafter, once the product is ready to ship, the customer will receive a notification that the order has shipped including a tracking number. We make every effort to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Please note that pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of stock arrival.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order(excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
